Cali Green has been a writer and editor for more than fifteen years. An award-winning poet, she has found success in writing for entertainment, tech, and lifestyle. Her personal essays, researched articles, and copy for marketing/advertising have been featured by entertainment and trade publications alike.

While serving as Managing Editor at Okayplayer, Cali secured exclusive interviews with high-profile talent such as Lenny Kravitz and director Ava DuVernay with hip-hop legend Q-Tip at Tribeca Film Festival.

Currently, she has been commissioned to co-author a manuscript based on the life story of a kidnapping victim.
